Shipping Information:

All RTS items have a processing time of 5-7BD for packing, etc. Orders will not ship on weekends, or holidays.

Current drop orders have a TAT of 30BD. This is also displayed on the homepage of website at the top. This TAT will begin when the drop has been closed, not when you place your order.

Custom orders have a TAT of 28-35BD. Excluding weekends + holidays.

Shipping time is not included in TAT. Stitched Misfit is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please confirm your address is correct when placing an order. Should the need arise to change your address after placing your order, send an email to stitchedmisfit@gmail.com ASAP. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once you've received notification of shipment.

Accepted payments:

Stitched Misfit accepts all major credit cards, shop pay + sezzle. There is a $35 minimum for sezzle.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to products being handmade we do not accept returns. With handmade items there is the chance of a minor flaw, or imperfection as our items are not mass produced.

We ONLY refund, or exchange if there is a flaw that effects wear, or sizing error due to OUR mistake. We do NOTE refund for purchasing the incorrect sizing. Please confirm sizing before purchasing.

Please inform us by email with 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue that SM would be responsible for. Such as, but not limited to sending the incorrect size, flawed fabrics, missed stitching, etc. Items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Customer will return flawed item to us within 3 days of contact. A shipping label will be provided for customers who received an incorrect size, or flawed fabric. Once the item is received, we will inspect + either replace, repair, or refund based off of customer communication.

Once items have shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages marked as delivered. If your package is stolen after delivery, please file a police report. If your package arrives damaged by the postal service and/or empty with a damaged sticker, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the postal service. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

Washing instructions:

We highly recommend washing items by hand. Machine wash on a delicate cycle with mild soap + cold water. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do NOT use the dryer. Do NOT use fabric softener, or bleach.
